Floral and Leather- Topshop

Hi Lovelies!
Today I just wanted to show you really one of my favourite looks from this spring season which is bold floral prints with this gorgeous sleeveless faux leather jacket from Topshop!

The first look I paired it with this gorgeous 'cold shoulder' mustard coloured floral blouse and my once black Joni jeans which if you follow me on instagram are my all time favourite holy grail jeans! But yeah, they have gone kind of grey which I think looks quite sweet with the top. I also paired it with my Topshop cut out boots with metallic detailing for a more casual vibe but if I was going to dress it up I would probably pair this look with a pair of pointed nude heels and a plain black clutch.

The second looks has to be one of my favourite looks of this season, which is this gorgeous floral printed smock dress from Topshop, similarly with the first look I have paired it with these black ankle boots and the sleeveless jacket and I am completely smitten with this look! As it's a bit chilly still I would probably wear a pair of black tights and some flats or pair it with a pair of nude heels.

I love both these looks so much because of the clash of 'attitudes' I would say because they're both quite sweet with an edge which I am loving for spring this year before I move into pastels and bright colours for spring. And as some of you may know I am obsessed with leather jackets and most likely wear one every single day haha! But I love jacket because it gives me the chance to wear a leather jacket even when the weather starts to get warmer again!
Both looks are extremely versatile despite the price of them but I feel like they're both quite statemented looks with very versatile pieces so you can mix and match with other outfit ideas as they are such easy statement pieces for your wardrobe!

Chanel Vitalumière Aqua Foundation Review

Hi lovelies!
So, today I'm going to be talking about the Chanel Vitalumière Aqua Foundation my first impressions before and after use and reasons why I adore this product!

First impressions: I decided to invest in a really lightweight foundation mainly for spring/ summer for those days and nights where I do not really want a heavy foundation so I decided to do some research into products like this because I found most of my foundations were very heavy and high coverage and felt thick and heavy on my skin which made me feel anxious to get it off on warm weathered days! I think it was one of my favourite youtubers InTheFrow who introduced me to this product as she spoke about it in one of her videos! Anyway, this is a very high priced foundation and was a bit stunned at just how small the product itself actually was! Especially for the price I was paying for it!
It was the type of foundation that is very oil based so before application you need to shake the bottle (little dance time!)  and when it came out I found it's consistency very similar to the bare minerals bare skin foundation which is one of my all time favourites!! so I was very excited by this point! And I found that it glided on flawlessly and almost melted into my skin.

After application opinions: After applying this foundation my skin felt extremely light and healthy! It felt glowy and dewy and moisturised (win win situation). The description of the product by Chanel is that the foundation is 'ultra light' and 'skin perfecting' which I completely agree with! It melts into your skin and disguises all kinds of blemishes and dark spots whilst not looking cakey and like you're actually wearing foundation which is something I struggle with massively in the summer time so I'm very excited to give this product a whirl then as in my opinion it is a cross between a tinted moisturiser and a foundation which I love the prospect of!
However, for a high coverage look I believe this is extremely build-able but I personally would rather wear this on a summers evening or throughout the day due to its lightweight feel.
It is also very expensive therefore if you are considering investing in it I would strongly recommend doing research into the product as well as your own personal colour as their is not a lot of variance in terms of this but the women on the Chanel counter are all so lovely and are more than happy to help you decide what is best for you!
